On January 30^th, the Conference will be hosting a one day virtual Basic Lay Servant class.  The cost of this class is going to be very minimal, it might even be just a love offering.  It will also be offered bilingual (Spanish).  There will be a link, when you register, asking if you need interpretation. You are more than welcome to host this at your church, especially for members who do not have good Wi-Fi.  The only thing with hosting it is that you need to make sure everyone who attends registered for the class, that way they can get the recognition for attending.  Also, if you do host it, be ready to make sure that you are practicing social distancing.  Hopefully, that will be a moot point by then but it’s a good thing to stay aware of.  My vanity wants the West District to have the most participants in this training but the more of your members that attend the better for your church and our district.  I will post, and email you, the link as soon as I get it from the Conference.
