Good Morning Everyone,

As you can see by the numbers below, the completed census has increased for Irion County from 17.6% to almost 33 percent! Please see the updated email below from our Census2020 Rep, Misti Hauger.

The Census Bureau is still hiring Census Takers if interested. See the attached.

Continue to stay safe. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Blessings,

Charlotte Johnson, Wesley Nurse

The U.S. Census Bureau has launched an interactive map to help community leaders, the media, and the public track self-response to the 2020 Census.

·         The map features response rates from households that responded to the 2020 Census online, by mail, or by phone.

o     The remainder of households will be counted in person by census takers.

·         The map is available at 2020census.gov/response-rates.

·         We update the map M-F with self-response rates for geographies including states, counties, census tracts, congressional districts, towns or townships, consolidated cities, incorporated places, tribal areas, and tribal census tracts.

·         Rates can also be viewed in rankings.

The latest news releases and statements from the U.S. Census Bureau can always be found at:

Also, the Census is still hiring! Please let those in your community know that they can still apply!!
