I apologize for the wrong drug name. It is Metformin ER. I am sorry.
For those of you with diabetes and are taking the drug,
Metformin ER (extended release), please contact your pharmacy. This is ER (extended release) only.
Your particular medication may not be the same as the ones recalled. However, it would be prudent to call your pharmacy and inquire about this medication if you are on the Metformin ER.
