Dear friends and family of CAROLYN MCGEHEE AND BUN JACKSON,

The "Walk to Emmaus" is a weekend of spiritual renewal with many 
beautiful gifts and surprises. One of the surprises is the mail that 
persons attending receive from their loved ones. CAROLYN MCGEHEE AND BUN 
JACKSON are going to attend a "Walk to Emmaus" on OCTOBER 20-13, 2016. 
As her sponsor, I am responsible for contacting family and close friends 
and asking them to send a note or letter to each of them so that they 
will receive it during this special weekend. Since it will be a total 
surprise, I sometimes have to do a little detective work in order to get 
names and addresses of persons from whom we need help. Perhaps you'd 
like to pass this along to someone that you know CAROLYN and BUN would 
like to hear from. This letter is an opportunity for you to express your 
appreciation of THEM and what your relationship with her has meant and 
means. You might want to recall some humorous event or some happening 
that has been special to the two of you. This is a letter of love and 
WILL BE READ ONLY BY THEM.

Would you help make THEIR "Walk to Emmaus" special by doing the following:

1. Write a letter to EACH OF THEM, sign it, put it into an envelope and 
seal it. Write THEIR FIRST AND LAST NAME (but not yours) on the 
envelope. In the top right corner indicate your relationship to her 
(i.e. friend, relative, etc.)

2. You have several delivery options. One is to put the envelope in a 
larger one and mail or hand deliver it to: KELLY HOLLAND PO BOX 710

If you decide to mail your letters, please try to mail them so that they 
arrive by WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 19, 2016.

3. While a letter is desirable, an E-mail message is acceptable if it 
will be difficult to get a letter written and mailed in time. If you 
wish to use this method, e-mail it to: Kelly.holland54 [at] outlook.com

in an envelope and delivered appropriately.

4. If you can't meet that deadline, letters mailed directly after the 
Walk are wonderful surprises as well.

Remember to please keep this a secret from her so that your letter will 
be a pleasant surprise. Thank you for making this event special for her.
