Good Morning, I am setting up a “Healthy Hearts” table for each Sunday in February at the First United Methodist Church. When you come to services, please stop by the table and check out the important information on “Healthy Hearts.” You may wear something
red on those days to show your support or pick up a red sticker. Look over the information about your blood pressure, nutrition and exercise. Please feel free to pick up the free pamphlets and giveaways. Don’t hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
