Good Morning Everyone, I have some information on the COVID-19 Vaccination distribution. This an
informational email only. Please check with your doctor first before making an informed decision. This vaccine distribution is only for those who are at risk and qualify at this time. I have added a
link that describes qualifications and please read this information:
https://www.dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus/immunize/vaccine/EVAP-Phase1B.pdf The following sites in San Angelo are registered to give this vaccine. Please call first to see if the vaccine is in and what qualifications they have in place. Shannon Pharmacy: 325-655-8191 HEB Pharmacy #1: 325-942-0454 HEB Pharmacy #2: 325-223-0771 Vaccine is available at no charge regardless of insurance status, but you must meet the site’s qualifications.
Again, check with your doctor and talk to him if you are interested in receiving the vaccine. He knows your health history, allergies and medical background. Therefore, you can make an well-informed decision. I emphasize this vaccine distribution
is for those at high risk at this time. Continue to stay safe: maintain 6 ft. distance, wear mask, and wash hands frequently (x 20 seconds). Although the vaccine is in progress for distribution (for now, it is given to the most at risk people), CDC continues to recommend that
we follow the above safety precautions (mask, handwashing, distance). Even if you receive this vaccine, it is highly recommended (from CDC) to continue to follow the safety precautions. Blessings to each of you, Charlotte Johnson, Wesley Nurse
