Prayer Mailing List: A Thanksgiving day blessing

I thought you would like a blessing.  We tend to forward our prayers and concerns.  This email is also to share blessings. 

 

Attached is a video Debbie Thorp took of a hitch hiker she encountered at Lowes as she was shopping in the store.  I know you will enjoy it and be blessed as I was.

 

A little more information about our sweet Debbie.  She has a ministry that involves placing bird feeders and shepherd hooks to hold them at various nursing facilities.  She has 80+ feeders at Baptist Memorial.  She has 60 + feeders at Regency House.  She is working on serving at the Springs which will need about 50 and hopefully at Arbor Terrace.  Her goal is to put a bird feeder at each window so the residents can see God’s beautiful creatures right outside their window.  She and her Mom started this in the 2 ½ years her Mom was at Baptist Memorial.  Each week she goes and purchases the seed and fills the bird feeders.

 

Prayers and thanks for her efforts to give our nursing home residents joy.  She is indeed an example of a servant’s heart.
