Subject: [EXTERNAL] CDC Issues Moratorium on Evictions

The CDC issued an eviction moratorium that went into effect on September 4 and is scheduled to end on December 31, 2020.  If you know a tenant that is facing eviction due to nonpayment of rent, they can apply for legal aid by calling 325-653-6982 to see if they qualify under this freeze.   Attached is the Declaration (English and Spanish versions) and the Guide for the Declaration.  – James Casillas
