Good Afternoon All, I hope that all of you are doing well. I wanted to remind everyone to continue practicing safety measures for the COVID-19. COVID -19 is still with us and it’s extremely important that we continue to practice these measures:
1.
Wash your hands x 20 seconds: Wet your hands
with clean, running water (warm or cold) and apply soap. Lather your hands
by rubbing them together with soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Scrub your hands
for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice. Rinse your hands
well under clean, running water. Dry your hands using
a clean towel. Remember to use a paper towel when turning off the water and opening bathroom doors. **It’s also important to wash your hands… After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing Before and after eating
Before and after using the restroom After touching surfaces that could be contaminated
If unable to wash your hands, use a hand sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol. Use tissue when coughing or sneezing. If tissues are not available, cough/sneeze
into your upper arm or sleeve; avoid using your hands. Turn away from other people when coughing/sneezing. Move away from other people who are coughing/sneezing.
2.
Wear a mask in public and practice social distancing of 6 ft.
3.
Keep your hands away from your face
to keep germs away from eyes, nose, and mouth.
4.
Only go out in public if necessary (medical appointments, medications, food)
5.
Call your doctor for further advise if having symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or other ailments If you know of anyone who is feeling anxious, fearful, or having a difficult time in this crisis, please share with them the following information: call the
toll-free COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line at

You all remain in my prayers. Blessings to you and your families, Charlotte Johnson, Wesley Nurse **If you have not completed your 2020 Census, the number to call is English 844-330-2020 Spanish 844-468-2020
