Good Afternoon Everyone,

·         We are all experiencing some form of stress now, whether it’s little or a lot. I have attached some techniques for managing stress and anxiety. Read through and use the ones you think may work for you. I hope you are able to try at least one of these techniques. I especially like the breathing exercises, mediation (prayer can be a huge part of meditation), and soothing teas (i.e. Chamomile,  Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, and Green Tea). Please make sure you check ingredients in the teas before you purchase them, to determine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

This particular verse lifts my spirits and chases away the anxiety and stress:

Joshua 1:9

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

What an awe-inspiring verse!

Blessings,
