Good Morning Everyone, I know that some of us are having difficult times with money and making ends meet. Medications are very important to our health and we need to stay
healthy. A healthy immune system is very important, especially now. Therefore, I have a list of sites below that may help with drug discounts on your medications. Also, please remember the $4.00 generic prescription list at HEB and Walmart. They may forget
to tell you, so please ask them if your medication is on their $4.00 list. Once you make a copy of the card (or paper), hang on to it because you may reuse the same card (paper) again and will not need to recopy it.
Pay less for your meds with drug discount cards from the following programs: Blink Heath FamilyWize Good Rx Inside Rx RxGo I am also sending these reminders:
Don’t forget to maintain safe distance (6 ft.), wash your hands x 20 seconds frequently (before and after the restroom, after touching objects and
surfaces that could be contaminated, before and after eating, after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose, and anytime your hands are dirty. If unable to wash hands, use a hand sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol. Avoid touching your face (to keep germs
and bacteria from eyes, nose, and mouth). Always wear a mask when out in public. Only go out in public if necessary. There is a resource that helps in dealing with anxiety, stress, worry, and grief. I’m sure most of us are dealing with some of these feelings.
You may call toll-free COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line at 833-986-1919. A mental health professional will answer the call and assist you during these times.
God bless you and your families, and keep you safe.
