Prayer Mailing List: food for homecoming dance

Good morning church, 


Just a reminder: We have been asked by the Homecoming committee if we would 
provide food for the Homecoming dance that is after the game on Friday night. 
All of the churches have been asked to participate in helping out with the 
food. 
I know that a large pan of pulled pork is being brought so support of that 
would be great perhaps with things like macaroni and cheese or some sort of 
casserole, chicken spaghetti, something like that. 
The Catholic church is doing finger foods and drinks 
First Baptist is bringing sweets 
Sherwood Fellowship is bringing pulled pork 


The dishes can be dropped of at the Scott house 910 Duncan until 6:00 pm. If 
later than that the food will need to be taken to the concession area of the 
new high school gym. 
The dance will begin around 10:45. 
If you plan to bring an item, it might be best to place it in something that 
can be disposed of. The dishes will not be at the church. There exists the 
possibility that the dish would not be returned to you unless you made a trip 
to retrieve it. 


Thank you everyone for helping out the youth this way and making their 
Homecoming dance a success.
