Prayer Mailing List: Mertzon Community Luncheon March 21 Tuesday

Hello all, 
Let me apologize if you received this information twice. I do not have access 
to the list of people on the prayer chain and I wanted to make sure that as 
many people as possible had the opportunity to be involved with this meal. This 
meal will be serving 100-125 people. 
this is also to remind those who have already spoken to bring something. the 
community center will be open by 10:30 on Tuesday morning. We will need people 
to help prepare, serve, and clean up. 
This is an opportunity for us as a community of faith to love on our community 


What is being served: 
We have the blessing of Bull's BBQ who will prepare Pork Tenderloin, chicken 
that will be legs and thighs. 
Spicy Cole slaw 
Potato Salad 
Stell Wolfenbarger is bringing a large Macaroni and Cheese 
Luke Allen is making 5 loaves of homemade wheat and white bread. 3 White and 2 
wheat. 
Lisa Tankersley is bringing a pea salad 
France Grice is making her chocolate cake and a med pot of red (pinto) beans 


What is needed: 
Desserts of any kind 
Maybe a fruit tray or veggie tray 
More beans of any kind or color red, brown, or green 
pickles, relish, onions, peppers 
Salads of any kind fruit, veggie, pasta 


i am sure I have not thought of everything, so if you think of something else, 
please do not hesitate to bring it. 
It would be very helpful if you would email, text, or call Frances Grice

the luncheon.
