Good Morning Church, 


I wanted to let you know about a few things that are coming up in October. 


The first thing, however is in September. On September 29 at 7:00 pm The 
Permian Basin String Quartet will be playing at First United Methodist downtown 
in San Angelo. It will be a wonderful time. 


Sept 30- Oct 2 Women of Joy Conference San Antonio Texas. I am not sure who to 
contact about this. I know that the women who went last year had a wonderful 
time. 


Oct 15 Men's Prayer Breakfast at 7:00 at FUMC Mertzon. Also a workshop in Brady 
"Harnessing Diversity" 10:00-4:00 at Brady FUMC. 


Oct 16 The Cokesbury Singers from First United will be coming to sing for us on 
that Sunday. 


Oct 23 we will have a guest speaker, Lon Scott. I will be at an Emmaus walk so 
he will be coming to speak for us. He did a wonderful job the last time. He 
thoroughly enjoyed it and I think you all did as well. 


Oct 31 we will be having "Dinner on the Ground" 


We will be printing a calendar and putting it on the website
