Good morning All, 


We have a great way to "love our neighbor" Kelly Holland has been talking with 
Velda Henley. She is a neighbor of Kelly's. 
Her property has become overgrown and a bit dangerous with all the vegetation. 
She has limited use of one arm so it makes things very difficult for her to try 
and do much. Kelly is going to talk with Irion County Volunteer Fire and EMS to 
see if they would like to help out since she had worked with those two 
organizations. 
Velda is very willing to let us come and clean up some. We were thinking of May 
7th. Yes this is the Saturday before mother's day. What a wonderful way to help 
her celebrate by cleaning up her yard. 
What to bring: weed eaters, grubbing hoes, rakes, loppers, hedge trimmers and 
maybe a lawn mower that has some muscle to it. 
We would want to begin about 8:00 am. The church can provide water and cups and 
maybe snacks for those who come out.
